一分ほどお待ちいただけないでしょうか。

伝言を残す

賛成の表現
"Certainly", "Very well", or "All right"

"I don't know"（「知らない」)と言わずに "Let me find out about that for you."（「調べておきます」）と言いましょう。

言われたことが理解できなかったとき、また、スペルがわからないときなど、繰り返すように頼むか（"Could you repeat that, please"?)、スペルを聞きます（"Could you spell it?"）。

'Could you speak a little more slowly, please?'
もう少しゆっくりお願いできますか？

'Would you mind spelling that for me please?'
スペルをお願いできますか？

The line's very bad today.
電話が少し遠いようですが。
